Ordering is as easy as ABC.
A. Placing your order:
• Order Online – Create the menus for your event and add them to your cart.
Once you have finished creating your food menus click "Check out" to send your order through to Ashton's Kitchen. No Credit Card Required!
B. Processing your order:
• 7 days before the function, one of our customer service staff will call you to get the full details of the event. An order confirmation will be sent through email and if there’s no modification to the order, a tax invoice will be generated which should be settled at least 5 days prior to the function.
• Last minute changes are only allowed with at least 24-hour notice prior to the event.
• Deliveries are made 7 days a week. Please make sure that there is/are a person/persons onsite to accept and sign delivery.
Call our friendly customer service staff 7 days a week from 9.00 am – 6.00 pm. For calls outside business hours, kindly leave your message, a contact details and we will endeavor to return your call first thing in the morning of the next business day.

Orders sent through fax or email are not considered an order until an Ashton’s Kitchen customer service staff calls to confirm within 4 hours after receiving your order.
